With our expertise and personalised approach, we provide comprehensive nutritional consultations that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each woman we work with. Our goal is to empower women to take control of their health and wellbeing so they can lead happier, healthier lives for longer.

Emily MacKay

M.Sc Obesity and Clinical Nutrition (Distinction), B.Sc Nutrition and Medical Sciences (First Class Honours), B.Econ (Hons)

I am an AfN associate nutritionist and specialises in nutrition to improve current and future health. I believe in utilising the best evidence to help with weight loss, including lifestyle changes alone or in conjunction with weight loss medications such Ozempic/Wegovy.

I'm also a passionate advocate for exercise and movement for physical and mental health. I love tennis, cycling and running and closely follow the latest developments in sports nutrition and science.

I believe that food and exercise should be sources of pleasure as well as a means for improving health and helps clients to build habits for both. There are no quick fixes, but I believe that everyone can make changes that will improve quality of and enjoyment of life and support healthy ageing.

Roni Fransis

M.Sc clinical nutrition and public health (Distinction), M.Sc Biochemistry (Distinction), B.Sc Biological Sciences. 

I am a certified clinical nutritionist registered with AfN.  As an avid runner and an ultramarathoner, I'm passionate about sports nutrition and women’s health. I believe that an individually tailored nutrition and fitness plan can promote better performance, strength and health in all ages and through the different life stages.

Prior to studying nutrition at University College London, I had a 10-year career in research and clinical work in the fields of biological sciences and biochemistry in Europe and the US. 

My background in science together with my passion and studies of nutrition have given me the tools to understand the unique nutritional needs of every person. I believe that Nutrition has the power to heal, change your mindset and transform your body from the inside.
