Body Composition Assessment

Health and Nutrition Consultation

​A comprehensive one-off deep dive into your diet, lifestyle, and health — with a detailed written report and clear recommendations you can act on straight away. Ideal if you want expert, personalised guidance without committing to an ongoing programme. Many clients use this as a standalone service; others use it as a springboard into our Personal Nutrition Programme.

Personal Nutrition Programme

Our flagship programme. A sustained, personalised approach to nutrition that fits around your life — whether your focus is menopause and midlife health, weight management, healthy ageing, gut health, sports performance, or general wellbeing. We take the time to understand your body, your history, and your goals, then build a programme designed specifically for you.

  • One-hour initial consultation covering your diet, lifestyle, health history, and goals

  • Body composition assessment using BIA

  • Bespoke nutrition strategy and personalised meal planner

  • Three follow-up coaching sessions (30 minutes each, in person or online)

  • Ongoing support between sessions

Optional add-ons: Blood testing for lipids, glucose and nutritional deficiencies · Precision body composition and bone health analysis by DEXA.
