Nutrition Reset

​Initial consultation  (1 hour)

  • In depth discussion to determine client’s goals and priorities

  • Assess background and relevant weight and medical history

  • Dietary assessment to inform a bespoke nutrition strategy that meets individual needs 

  • Goal setting to establish realistic, achievable short and long-term targets

  • Nutrition and dietary advice to prevent or support specific stage-of-life needs, medical conditions and chronic disease

  • Personalised meal planner including menu options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks

  • Client will receive practical suggestions for improving dietary quality, resources to help meet specific goals such as protein intake and portion sizes as well as meal and recipe ideas if needed
     

Ongoing coaching (30 mins FTF or online) – 3 sessions

  • Follow up meetings or calls once every few weeks will help us monitor your progress and will allow you to raise any concerns and difficulties you might have. Together we will decide on the best way forward and amend the plan as needed.
     

Optional extras

  • Nutritional blood testing for lipids, glucose control, nutritional deficiencies with personalised recommendations to optimise nutrition strategies

  • Precision body composition analysis by DEXA

Life Transitions and Metabolic Health 

​Initial consultation  (1 hour)

  • Personalised nutrition plan that is based on your current health, activity level, and metabolic profile, to support hormonal balance and metabolism.

  • Metabolism-boosting strategies that incorporate foods and practices to support metabolic health, improve insulin sensitivity, and prevent weight gain.

  • Strength through nutrition to emphasise the importance of protein, healthy fats, and key nutrients like calcium and vitamin D for maintaining muscle mass and bone health.

  • Hormone-friendly foods that support the natural fluctuations in oestrogen and progesterone, helping you manage symptoms like hot flashes, mood swings, and sleep disturbances. 

Ongoing coaching (30 mins FTF or online) – 3 sessions

  • Long-Term Wellness Support: Our service includes ongoing consultations and adjustments to your plan as your body’s needs evolve, ensuring you continue to thrive during this transition.

Optional extras
